the terms & conditions of delivery arrangement
1. Delivery Date set on every Tuesday and Thursday. Bookings for deliveries cut
off by Monday and Wednesday afternoon at 5pm. If the bookings are full,
delivery will be shifted to the next delivery day no matter the booking is
placed before the cut-off time or not. If you need any further information,
please do not hesitate by contact our staff by email or by phone.
2. Delivery time is between 10am - 8pm.
3. All payments MUST be settled at the time of delivery.
4. Our colleagues will contact you to agree on a delivery time. Should the
customer miss the delivery without notice (which should be made at least
one day prior to the delivery day), the customer will be deemed to have used
the delivery service. Customers can either choose to self pick up the
purchased goods at the assignated area or pay an extra HK$30 delivery fee to
rearrange for the second delivery.
5. If no elevator service is available for premises or the address to which it is
delivered have stairs, please informs us in advanced, we will additionally
charge a delivery fee of HK$3 per storey per kg. All delivery fees shall be paid
to the delivery staff directly. No receipt will be provided.
E.g. Staff requires to walk 2-storey stairs to the delivery address and the weight of products are 10kg in total. The additional delivery fee will be: 2 x 10 x HK$3 = HK$60
6. If typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Signal is in force, for
safety reason, delivery will be postponed to a later date without further
notice. Staff will contact customers to rearrange the delivery schedule 2 hours
later since the Observatory cancelled the typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black
Rainstorm Signal; or staff will contact customers in the next working day if the
cancellation happens after the Office Hour. In case delivery is delayed,
postponed or cancelled due to traffic, weather, different district or other
factors, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage, no matter whether the
factor which causes the delay, postponement or cancellation is within the
control of Gourmet W Healthy Grocery or not.
In case of any disputes, Gourmet W Healthy Grocery reserves the right to make the final decision.
